Commercial Health Insurance
Whenever possible, we highly encourage you to call your insurance company to check your health insurance coverage before you receive services at North Suburban Healthcare. Your health plan's customer service representative has the most accurate information about what charges, if any, you will need to pay, including deductible, coinsurance, and copayment amounts.

While we do work with Medical Assistance and Medicare based products (where another company, such as Health Partners or Blue Cross Blue Shield is primary), we are not participating directly with Medicare or Medical Assistance.

Auto and Worker’s Compensation Insurance
We work with all Automobile and Worker’s Compensation insurance companies. It is best if you contact your insurance company or Worker’s Compensation representative to set up a claim and receive a claim number before coming to an appointment for an accident, so that claims can be processed more efficiently and reduce the chance of a claim being denied by insurance. We also request that whenever possible, you bring your claim number, insurance company’s claim address, and insurance adjuster’s name and phone number to the first visit.
